Team Management


The position of a Team Manager is not very common and their tasks differ from each other in many cases. Team Managers are often also referred to as Community Coordinators or Team Leaders. Mostly they are guiding internal projects, instructing/coaching new administrators and leading the whole team or rather build the team. You shouldn't contact them directly, exception can be made if you do not receive an answer from a BA/GA after 48 hours or you have complaint about a BA/GA.

Board Administrators


The Board Administrators are managing admins on the board. They add forums, ban users or give/take access rights. They also pick new Board Mods to help you out with any problems you might encounter on our board and change the Forums settings. They, however, cannot help you with a complaint about the game itself. You should not be contacting them with a simple problem Moderators can help you with as well.


Администраторът на форума ръководи ръководителите(модератори) в форума. Той може да добавя раздели в форума, да блокира потребители както и да им дава права на достъпност. Той също може да поставя нови модератори да ви помагат с някои проблеми свързани с форума, както и да променя настройките на форума. Game Administrators

They, however, are also the link to the programmers and any other GameForge Administrators we may need as Community. Ultimate Moderators are like the Super Board Moderators except they can edit user profiles (including changing the signatures) and banning users.
They are still Super Board Moderators but they have just a little bit of administrative rights too.

SMods have the rights Moderators have but in all forums. The SMod takes care of all the Moderators assigned to them. When you have a complaint about a Mod, you may send the complaint to the SMod.

Super Game Operators


The Super GameOperator, or SGO, is responsible for a maximum of 6 Bitefight Servers. His job is to handle complaints about the GameOperators, but he also helps the GameOperators in their server, if they suddenly get really busy. The SGO should make sure GameOperators are doing a decent job, handling all questions in a neutral way, as good as they possibly can.

Board Moderators


The BoardModerators look after the forums they are assigned to. They close, give out warnings and edit threads. When you think a moderator closed a thread too early, write a PM to the Mod who closed it. The Moderators are the ones who should visit the board the most, and the ones you'll usually see giving out warnings.

Модераторите на форума, преглеждат разделите за които отговарят. Те затварят и променят теми, Както и дават предупреждения на потребителите. Когато смятате че даден модератор ви е затворил темата прекалено рано му пишете лично съобщение (PM) за да я отвори. Модераторите са тези които трябва да са най-често в форума, и единствените които обикновенно ще виждате че раздават предупреждения.

Game Operators


The GOs look after the Server(s) they are assigned to. They ban accounts, help users with problems and anything else that involves their Server. That means that, if you have a problem which really requires a GOs input, you should check this post to see who your GO is, and then mail him/her with your problem. GOs will also usually check for problems in the Reports Area.
